Return & Refund Policy
At Gleam Layer, all products are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements are only accepted if the item arrives damaged and the issue is reported at the time of delivery reception.
Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and product as proof.
Claims submitted after delivery acceptance may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Address Information
Gleam Layer is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee for the package to be resent.
If the customer chooses not to have the order resent and requests a refund instead, only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Customer absence at the time of delivery
Minor variations in color, material, or appearance due to handmade production or screen differences
Personalized or custom-made products
